We worked with Stephen six years ago to buy our first home and he was wonderful to work with, so we went back to him when we were ready to sell. This was our first experience selling a home and Stephen was once again wonderful to work with. From start to finish, he added value to the process. He helped us pick paint colors, find contractors, and determine what items we should repair before putting the house on the market. He came up with a listing and pricing strategy that created a lot of buzz and got us several showings within the first week and consistent showings until the house sold. Once we had an offer, he provided us great advice throughout the negotiation process and we ended up in a place where everyone was happy with the outcome. We also worked with Stephen to purchase our second home and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Columbus area!

Jim was great from start to finish. He was straightforward, responsive, and had a solid game plan from the first time we met. We were moving out of state and so in addition to the normal stress of moving, we had the added complication of no one being home to deal with last minute issues and trying to sell while traveling. Jim made everything seamless and even checked on our house while the sale was pending. All of the service providers he recommended were top-notch too and equally easy to work with. He even went so far as to find a personal recommendation for a relator in our new town - 3,000 miles away. I would enthusiastically recommend Jim to anyone seeking a relator in Columbus.
